I think it would be beneficial to have a weekly update on the project that is more formal than the discord/telegram chats and is at a scheduled day or time so people get to know when the update would be coming. It could include:
  • project developments from the prior week
  • project focus for the next/upcoming weeks
  • answers to common questions that the team have seen that week from the community.
I think voice or video would be best (the fancy screen you have for quizzes could get some extra use).
An interactive community AMA type thing (i.e. not paid with an ‘influencer’ may also be an alternative option. It could be done on a Twitter space so non-community members may listen in.
My rationale behind the suggestion is that it may provide re-assurance/comfort to investors in $Mimir. While I have no doubt at all that things are progressing behind the scenes, I do see many other people getting worried when they don’t hear about such things. I know we need to stay clear of specific dates of updates etc (as learned from earlier feedback) but I think even quite general updates on a weekly basis and ideally with a face behind them may settle some existing stakeholders and could also attract new users/investors.
It could also be that different team members join for a few minutes where possible to update re their specific remit if available and appropriate.
